Terms & Conditions
Before making a booking.

• We strongly encourage you to find alternative means of transport other than driving, as there is extremely limited parking available onsite and in the surrounding residential streets
• If you are late, we cannot guarantee that you will finish your game before the next groups arrival.
• All reservations are non-refundable. This includes lowering of guest numbers for any reason.  We will provide in-store credit if you have less bowlers. Providing there is 24 hours notice via email to info@thekeys.com.au
• No shows will not be refunded or provided credit
• If you are unable to attend your reservation, simply email info@thekeys.com.au at least 24 hours prior to your reservation, and they will be happy to reschedule for a later date at no charge. We do not offer refunds. All re-schedules and credit requests will only be processed via email.
• We require you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your reservation to check in at reception (but if you're an early bird with an 11am booking, you can arrive right on time).
• Please wear flat and soft soled shoes. We provide bowling shoes free of charge, but you must have your own socks. We also sell Keys branded socks for $20, which are very cool. We also sell boring socks for $5.
• People under the age of 18 must be accompanied and under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• Management reserves the right to refuse anyone service whether you have a reservation or not.
• Disabled Access: Not all our lanes are accessible, so please make your booking online, then email us at info@thekeys.com.au to ensure we assign you to an accessible lane.
